We just began going here and love it! At our first visit for the consultation, we met a lady who was so personable that we felt very comfortable making the decision to receive treatment for our daughter there. At our first official visit, the front desk staff were extremely kind even though the phones were ringing off the hook. They multitasked amazingly and with a smile on their face. Once we got back to get the braces on, the lady who did them was so welcoming and gentle with my daughter that she wasn't a nervous wreck. Getting braces is a big deal especially to a 9 year old. My daughter wasn't sure what color bands she wanted and they said they'd put on whatever she selected and change it if she didn't like it. Then the Dr (idk the titles so excuse me if I'm wrong ☺️) came in and he took was very warm and welcoming. The whole experience couldn't have been any better! If you're looking for a great, down to earth orthodontist I would go here. I am even contemplating getting braces for me at 36!

I did Invisalign while attending UT. It was a very easy process at Knoxville Orthodontics. My appointments were always quick and the staff was always so accommodating and kind! I decided to go for braces at the ripe age of 32. Having dealt with a lot of nonsensical people in the medical profession, I wanted someone reliable and so I went with Dr Knierim based on references I got from my acquaintances. I couldn't be happier with my choice. 7 teeth had to be removed to make way for my overhanging/overcrowded/out of place teeth. It took 2.5 years for my teeth to get to where I wanted them to be. But in the end results are amazing. Throughout the treatment Dr Knierim and her staff were very considerate, kind and jovial. It took almost a year for the last space between 2 of my teeth to close but team Knierim was persistent and did not give up until all was swell.
