Our orthodontist, Dr. Kristin Knierim, and team are always happy to see new patients at our dental office in Knoxville, Tennessee! If you refer a friend to Knoxville Orthodontics and they schedule a new patient exam with us, you earn five patient reward points! And if your referral starts treatment with us, you can be rewarded $25. The $25 will be awarded to you either as credit that you can put towards your own treatment or as a gift card.
You can earn your reward in one of two ways:
- Fill out the patient referral form below to include the name and phone number of a friend who is interested in starting treatment at our practice. If they schedule an exam with us or start treatment, you can receive the respective patient reward points or prize.
- Have your referral reference your name as they are scheduling their exam or treatment.
